SEE OVERLEAF is een onderzoeksproject van studenten en alumni van de Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Utrecht en Vivian Bax van de MA St. Joost in Den Bosch. Op uitnodiging van Het Vijfde Seizoen werkten de kunstenaars in de residency op het psychiatrisch instellingsterrein de Willem Arntsz Hoeve. Geïnspireerd door deze unieke plek en in samenwerking met patiënten van de instelling, maakten zij nieuw werk.

Luchtig, teder, ontwijkend, aftastend, spontaan, ontkennend, improviserend: SEE OVERLEAF toont hoe kunst zich vanuit verschillende perspectieven kan verhouden tot psychiatrie. Zo creëerde Nuni Weisz muziekinstrumenten waarmee je de stemming van anderen kan beluisteren en onderzocht Vivian Bax methoden om woede te kanaliseren. Koen Kloosterhuis maakte een meer dan levensgroot oor en schreef een surreëel verhaal geïnspireerd op de belevingswereld van één van de patiënten met wie hij veel optrok.  Er is ook werk te zien van: Reinier van Duijn, Maarten Fijan, Ischa Kempka, Sara Reinbold, Jonathan Stavleu, Johanna Talja, Robin Valster, Nicole Voorzaat, Nuni Weisz en Anita Horvȧth.
